Service Finder operates as a marketing, lead generation, and referral platform only.Service Finder does not:- Provide cleaning services- Supervise or control service providers- Guarantee work, conversions, or income- Guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any enquiry or leadAll service providers engage with leads at their own discretion and risk.
Lead Definition and Delivery
A “lead” is defined as a customer enquiry containing relevant contact details and service information, including but not limited to:- Customer name- Contact information- Service type- Location and timeframeOnce a lead is provided to a service provider, it is deemed delivered.
Payment Terms (Pay-Per-Lead)
Service providers agree that:- There are no subscription fees or upfront costs- Charges apply strictly on a pay-per-lead basis- Payment is for the delivery of the lead, not for job completionService Finder is not responsible for:- Whether the customer proceeds with the job- Whether the service provider secures the work- Customer non-responsiveness, cancellations, or changes of mindExcept where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a valid lead has been delivered.
No Exclusivity
Unless expressly agreed in writing:- Leads are not exclusive- Service Finder may provide the same or similar leads to multiple service providers- Lead volume is not guaranteed
Service Provider Obligations
Service providers are solely responsible for:- Holding all required licences, qualifications, and insurance- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations- Quoting, pricing, and service delivery- Handling customer complaints, disputes, or claims- Any damage, loss, or injury arising from their services
Non-Circumvention
Service providers must not attempt to bypass or circumvent Service Finder for the purpose of avoiding lead fees, including by:- Encouraging customers to deal directly outside the platform- Misrepresenting their relationship with Service FinderThis obligation applies for a reasonable period following receipt of a lead.
Limitation of Liability (Service Providers)
To the maximum extent permitted by law:- Service Finder is not liable for any loss of income, profits, or business opportunities- Liability is limited to the total fees paid by the service provider to Service Finder in the preceding 30 days
Termination
Service Finder reserves the right to:- Suspend or terminate a service provider’s access to leads at any time- Refuse service for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms- Modify or discontinue lead delivery without notice
Acceptance of Terms
By accepting leads from Service Finder, service providers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
